SAIL Classes (Stay Active and Independent for Life)

Registration: Tuesday April 30th  10am to11am - Glasgow Senior Center    CLASS IS FREE            

Class begins Thursday May 2nd - continues for 12 weeks

Schedule Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00am to 11:00am at the Senior Center.

 

SAIL (Stay Active & Independent for Life) is a 12-week falls prevention fitness program designed for older adults that focuses on strength, balance, and mobility - which reduces the risk of falls and improves overall quality of life.
