File a Will for Safe-Keeping

Any person (known as a Depositor) may have his/her Will filed at the Clerk of District's Court's office for safe-keeping.  There is no fee for this.

During their lifetime, the wills are only available to the Depositor.

Upon the death of the Depositor, the named Personal Representative may request the release of the Will.  Proof of Identity and a death certificate will be required for the Clerk's office to release the subject Will.
